libcdd-dev software package provides Library for finding vertices of convex polytopes, development, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcdd-dev
libcdd-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcdd-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcdd-dev *
You will get with libcdd-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
